You can place an order through our Online shop & pay online via a secure server.
All UK mainland online orders carry a Royal Mail shipping fee of £4.95 per bag.
All USA orders carry a £29.95 Airsure (Air Mail Insured) shipping fee per bag.
For trade orders, postage/shipping costs will be supplied upon request.
All deliveries within the UK are sent standard parcel post and may take 3 - 5 working days. Where possible within the shipping costs paid we will always endeavour to send your item to arrive sooner, however, if the item is urgent, please contact us and we will be happy to quote the appropriate postage.
Returns policy :
In the unlikely event that your bag does not meet your expectations, we are happy to offer you a refund (less the postage and credit card processing fee) if returned to us, unused within 28 days. We pride ourselves on the quality of our product and in the unlikely event that your item should not meet your expectations in terms of quality, we are happy to offer a suitable replacement or refund.
